Payment, Shipping & Returns
We accept pay pal as well as all the cards listed. Payment in full will need to be made before we can start on your order.
We go through USPS. We send out items 7-14 days once payment is confirmed. If you have any questions on customized shipping such as insurance, tracking numbers, express mail please ask in the message box. If there are no special requests, we ship standard shipping.
-Customized work ships around 14 days, due to the time it takes to make your item.
-We have added international shipping to most of our items, if you are an international customer and would like to order a sign or piece of art , please contact us and we will be more than happy give you a shipping quote.
-Once we have shipped your package it's in the hands of USPS. If there are issues of ANY kind with shipping: lost package, wrong address, etc..., it is out of our control. It is up to USPS as to when you receive your package. If an issue arises with shipping, as a courtesy to our customers, we will certainly check the tracking # and call the post office to inquire package status. We will make every effort on our part to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner.
-We use either parcel post or priority shipping, neither of which are time guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed time, send us a message and we will be happy to check on a price for you. If you are having a package shipped to CA, NJ, NY, AK, HI or internationally, please know it may take a few days longer than stated to receive your package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Our mission is to satisfy our customers. We greatly value you and your opinion. If there is something about your sign that you are unhappy with please contact us, we are more than happy to discuss a resolution.
We truly want our customers to be more than satisfied with our products! We take great care in the creation and completion of our signs and want them to be treasures in your home.
SIGNS & ARTWORK: If there is something wrong with your sign, ie, not the background color you ordered, not the font color you ordered or damage of any kind (not as far as perceived wood defects) please let us know personally, We will either have you send us a picture or have you ship the package back to us and upon inspection we will make a determination of exchange.
PERSONALIZED SIGNS: If you order a custom/personalized sign and something is wrong with it, ie; wrong spelling ,wrong date, damaged etc. We reserve the right to make a determination of exchange per order.
PROOFS: If you have requested a custom sign we will make you a proof, if the proof is accepted and a sign is made it will be made from the proof, we do not alter proofs after the point of acceptance, we can not be responsible for custom signs made wrong because an accepted proof was wrong.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-SIGN, PERSONALIZED SIGN OR ARTWORK: If you order an item and there is something wrong with your order we will request a picture of your item and a determination will be made. We will NOT reship international orders, we will only refund your money IF it was our mistake. We take every precaution to ensure that your sign will be exactly what you order although every once in a while we make a mistake but we do our best to make it right. We greatly value your business!
We do not take responsibility for wrong color choice orders, or change of mind color choices, or change of mind sign choices after your sign is made. If you think you made the wrong choice of sign, of color in either font or background color upon ordering, please message us, we can make any change or changes you would like to your order, we operate on a 7- 14 day turnaround. Sometimes we are able to make changes to your order before the completion of your sign.
