Shipping policy
-If there is damage of any kind to your package and you intend on filing a claim or need to have your sign replaced we will need to be contacted within --3 days-- of delivery, we may respond past the three day window but you will still get credited with the date of your message.
+++WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO A PACKAGE IF YOU DO NOT NOTIFY US WITHIN THREE DAYS OF DELIVERY.
-We ship with Fedex and USPS each and every sign has insurance. If you have any questions on customized shipping such as extra insurance, tracking numbers, express mail please ask in the message box, if no special request we ship priority shipping. Thank you for choosing Salted Words.
- If you are an international customer and would like to order a sign or piece of art and the shipping is not available contact us and we will be more than happy give you a shipping quote.
-Once we have shipped your package it's in the hands of USPS or Fedex, we have no control over these shipping companies, if there are issues of ANY kind with shipping, lost package, wrong address etc. it is out of our control, although we will make every effort on our part to insure you receive your package in a timely manner, it is completely up to the shippers as to when you actually receive your package. If there is an issue that arises with shipping, as a courtesy to our customers, we will certainly check the tracking # and call the post office to inquire package status.
We use USPS priority shipping or Fedex economy, neither of which are time guaranteed, if you need a guaranteed time send us a message and we will be happy to check on a price for you. If you are having a package shipped to CA, NJ, NY, AK, HI or internationally please know it may take a few days longer than stated to receive your package.
-IF YOU ORDER WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GET IT CHANGED BUT YOU ARE ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDRESS YOU PUT IN FOR YOUR ORDER.
