Returns and exchange details
Our mission is to satisfy our customers. We greatly value you and your opinion. If there is something about your sign that you are unhappy with please contact us, we are more than happy to discuss a resolution, we truly want our customers to be more than satisfied with our products! We take great care in the creation and completion of our signs and want them to be treasures in your home.

SIGNS & ARTWORK. If there is something wrong with your sign, ie, not the background color you ordered, not the font color you ordered or damage of any kind (not as far as perceived wood defects) please let us know personally, We will either have you send us a picture or have you ship the package back to us and upon inspection we will make a determination of exchange.

PERSONALIZED SIGNS. If you order a custom/personalized sign and something is wrong with it, ie; wrong spelling ,wrong date, damaged etc. We reserve the right to make a determination of exchange per order.

PROOFS. If you have requested a custom sign we will make you a proof, if the proof is accepted and a sign is made it will be made from the proof, we do not alter proofs after the point of acceptance, we can not be responsible for custom signs made wrong because an accepted proof was wrong.

CUSTOM ORDERS. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders, If you request a custom listing we will make every possible effort to ensure your custom art is what you request, we will make a proof for your approval, we will go over every color option we offer and we will make your personal order to the best of our abilities. Since custom work is particular to each individual and is not something we offer in our shop we cannot resell custom pieces so therefore we cannot refund money or offer exchanges on these items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-SIGN, PERSONALIZED SIGN OR ARTWORK. If you order an item and there is something wrong with your order we will request a picture of your item and a determination will be made. We will NOT reship international orders, we will only refund your money IF it was our mistake. We take every precaution to ensure that your sign will be exactly what you order although every once in a while we make a mistake but we do our best to make it right. We greatly value your business!

We do want you to be happy but we also can't take responsibility for wrong color choice orders or change of mind color choices or change of mind sign choices after your sign is made. If you think you made the wrong choice of sign, of color in either font or background color upon ordering, please message us, we can make any change or changes you would like to your order
